You’ll receive a clear, photographic report to send straight to your developer, giving you confidence that no snag goes unnoticed.

De-Snagging Service

(FOLLOW-UP AFTER YOUR INITIAL INSPECTION)

Not every repair is completed to the standard you deserve. With this follow-up service, we revisit your home to check that all previously identified defects have been properly fixed. This ensures your home is finished to the right quality—leaving you snag-free.

How much does a snagging survey cost?

While some snagging issues may seem minor, others can lead to expensive problems if left unresolved. That’s why our professional snagging inspections are so thorough, lasting up to six hours depending on the size of your property. Nothing gets overlooked, and every detail is logged in a clear report for your developer.

We ask for a deposit of 10% when you book. If you need to rearrange your appointment, that’s no problem—we’ll reschedule free of charge.
