Our Process

How do our new build snagging surveys work?






By clicking the link and filling out the provided form, or by calling one of our agents directly and arranging a time over the phone. Please note that all bookings require a deposit of 10% of the price.


Our snagging surveyor will attend at the agreed time to carry out a detailed inspection of your new build property. Depending on the size of the property, this can take up to six hours. You’ll receive a comprehensive, clearly structured photographic report, ready to submit directly to your developer.


After the inspection, your surveyor will prepare a clear, easy-to-follow snagging survey report with photographs, highlighting every issue identified for your developer’s attention. You will also receive an information pack along with the snagging list which will cover all the details of your home.


We’ll also continue to support you throughout the developer’s rectification process, ensuring all defects are resolved to the correct quality standards.

While some snagging issues may seem minor, others can lead to expensive problems if left unresolved. That’s why our professional snagging inspections are so thorough, lasting up to six hours depending on the size of your property. Nothing gets overlooked, and every detail is logged in a clear report for your developer.

We ask for a deposit of 10% when you book. If you need to rearrange your appointment, that’s no problem—we’ll reschedule free of charge.
